Client Brief: The client was building a new family home and wanted to incorporate some more colour and pattern than had been the case in their previous house. We developed an overall palette that had neutral colours such as taupe, grey, heather and cream in it, and then used deeper shades of these colours to give the scheme bite. A hint of rock n roll was added via the hot pink stripes in the dining chairs and some of the cushion fabrics. A deeper shade of purple from the palette was also used in the garden to tie the interior and exterior together.
